Terms & Conditions – win288 Platform Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing win288, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference. 3. Account Registration & KYC

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

win288 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawals.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your win288 account credentials. You must notify win288 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. win288 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your credentials where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

win288 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the cashier and may vary by payment method and account tier. win288 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit. KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is approved. Processing times vary by account tier and payment method. win288 reserves the right to conduct additional identity and source-of-funds checks before approving a withdrawal. win288 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on win288 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Any currency conversion costs or fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility and are not covered by win288.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

win288 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in individual promotion terms:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page.
